My ID: 4051162882 So having quite a bit of experience with these types of games, I might as well write up a few tips for the good people here who are deciding to give it a go. The most important part you have to realize about these types of games is this: do not level as fast as you can. I know that seems entirely counter-intuitive and this might be the only genre where leveling might be a bad thing, but I'll explain why in a bit. It also depends on your play style, but these games are truly a marathon and not a sprint so this is how you play it safe and "win". Class: I suggest you opt for the Tycoon class, since taking full advantage of the other ones requires you to monitor the game constantly. Skill Points: I haven't seen any buildings that adds to your defense yet so I'm currently splitting this evenly between attack and defense. Health can actually be a bad thing since it means people can attack you and loot you for longer periods of time. Higher Energy and Stamina only makes you hit the xp ceiling quicker, although Stamina might be worth it due to the Boss mechanic. Starting Monster: A high defense one is best, it makes you less of a target for others since it will be your initial profile picture, and defense is what you'll have to focus on to begin with anyway. So Tiga or Poppin. Buildings: They seem to be using a very simplistic linear scale when it comes to Return Of Investment (ROI), so just make sure you have roughly the same number of each building. Initially you'll have to limit yourself to Huts as the top building. Quests: I like to focus on the Money quests. A few runs of a Money quests guarantees you enough to buy a decent monster or building, opposed to the risk of not getting any from the Capture quest. World Boss: Attack him whenever you have 5 stamina, it's basically free money. Now to explain the mechanics behind these games and why leveling might be a bad thing. When you go to the Battle screen you're presented with other players of the same level, some times higher but never lower (this is important), and being on the same alliance strength tier as you. When you attack someone you bring all of your best attacking units, the number of which is determined by what level you are, how many alliances you have and of course how many monsters you own. 1 alliance controls 6 monsters, and 5 alliances joins you for every level you are. As you can see, this scales very quickly: Code: Your level: 10 Alliances: 86 Alliance which can fight: 10 * 5 = 50 Number of monsters you need: 50 * 6 = 300(!) This seems excessive, so how can we fix it? Either lower the level or the alliance number. As I mentioned earlier there are alliance strength tiers, meaning that people with 1-9 alliances will be matched up against each other, people with 10-19 and so on. So what you want to do is hit the roof of the tier you know you can maintain and stay there for a while, meaning 9 when you just start out. Another thing you have to consider when leveling is when you unlock new creatures, which seems to be at every 11, 21, 31.. intervals in this game. Remember that you aren't matched with players of a lower level than you on the battle screen so you can stay at level 10 without worrying about being attacked by players who are level 11 and in possession of better monsters than you. But when you finally decide to go up to 11, make sure you've saved up a lot of money so you can replace your inferior monsters with the new ones. So how do you get anything done if you can't really level and fight? You build buildings and wait. It's slow going to begin with but once you get up a decent economy things ramp up, and infuriating people whom are trying to attack you due to you being invincible is always fun, knowing that you can crush them whenever you feel like it.
