Great game on the 3DS. Never picked up the iOS version because I can't imagine playing without physical buttons. However, for free, I'm grabbing it. Thanks for the heads up.
One of them, Arc Squadron, started to go world wide through the typical nightly updates but then was abruptly pulled and then made world wide all at once. I think it was confusion with the dev on how to do the price drop... but I'm only speculating. I wouldn't be surprised if that happened again. Here's the thread where that happened: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=170960&highlight=Squadron Mutant Mudds for free.. I hope this isn't a sign that it's going freemium or something and is just to boost it's position on the AppStore and get some sales after the fact.
Aww, come on. It's a platformer on iOS, that's reason enough for anyone to hold off I'll definitely pick it up for free, but I probably won't play it much.
Actually, Appzap Pro HD is the ipad version. I do sometimes find deals on Appticker push which I don't on appzap. Of course I got them all free.
Give it a solid shot - it's surprisingly good. It's a bit more slower paced than most platformers, at least for basic completion, so it works out well. That being said, it would be much better if I could use my iCade with it.
Also free in the UK. Seems decent, but the A and B buttons feel like a bit of a stretch on my iPad even after moving them in the options, I think a half-size option would have been helpful. Looks like a good deal of content here.
free everywhere... had this on my wishlist since seeing so many have this on there device perm hitlist.
now here's a platformer that is unique, challenging, and doesn't take too much space on the iDevice. Definite keeper!
Saw this on the front page. Never heard of this game before but have to pick it up and add to my platformers folder.
Other priority games in play so put this on the back shelf to get later but also I had a feeling this would go free after awhile. Intuition pays off instead of the game.
