A peak at the 2nd theme and how the backgrounds are put together Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel
We almost have the 3rd theme complete and will be moving straight on to the last. To get an idea of where the game is heading we will be including a new Aliens inspired mech into the last theme than you can walk around in and then lock into position to allow for directional swipe blasting of enemies and I can't wait to make this work. To answer the question about release again it will be when it is ready and the end of April will probably be a little optimistic although it will be getting close by then.
good to know you guys are almost there! the controls look really great, going away from the virtual sticks. cant wait to see more footage.

Sorry for the late reply. We had to put the game on hold for a couple of months due to other commitments. However we are due to get back to finishing it within the next few weeks and I will keep you posted on the developments.
About 15 hours ago via Twitter for iPhone: "Not many weeks left on the other game then MM will be back in full swing."
Sorry for the wait guys. Unfortunately we all work in the day and also have another spare time project on the go aswell as Mystery Marines. Things have taken us a little longer than expected on the other project but we hope to get back to Mystery Marines soon enough. If someone would be kind enough to pay our bills then we could look to bring it out sooner =] Glad to hear you are all looking forward to it though and I can assure you it will be an interesting puzzle platformer with some great artwork and plenty of custom animations
The game will definitley be seeing the light of day as we have poured too much time into it for it to be shelved. There's still a little to do in terms of level content and we also have to make sure we get the tutorial system just right since everything is gesture based.
If anyone wants to design a custom level based on what they see in the videos here - http://www.youtube.com/user/mysterymarines then let me know and I will provide you with the information required i.e. what themes and mechanics are available. We will include the best ones into a community developed section of the game which will include your design credit.
