Sorry, I didn't know where else to ask this but when I plug my iPod into the computer and open iTunes, my iPod doesn't show up!? Help me please!
It's weird... I get that sometimes too. Usually restarting the computer works. Last time I used a different cord in the same slot, and nothing, but I switched USB ports and it worked. Give it a shot, you never know. Good luck with that.
Nah, I interchanged cords all the time and they're both functional. I also interchange USB ports and nothing changes. It's just a bit weird sometimes. But sometimes it charges and doesn't read, and sometimes it doesn't even charge. Try restarting the computer, best solution I can think of.
