First tap the sailor to focus on him, then use the first aid kit. You can open your inventory, select it and press "use" but it's much faster if you put the kit in your sidebar, then you can just select the sailor and tap the kit. You have to be quick though if other players are around trying as well. Edit: and if you can't use the kit, that means someone already beat you to it.
In every launched MMO, people that powered to the Level cap found little to no end game content. Game has been out a week. It'll be there eventually. Rixx
Is there actually enough quests to gain the experience to level up to level 60? Or does it require a lot of grinding? Im at level 21 and I have completed almost all of the quests on the first two maps and have started exploring the last one. It just doesnt seem like there is enough, but I havent explored the entire third map yet.
Um, iOctober, who's level 60 and a TA user, says all he did were quests. Only when he reached level 40, he mixed in some boss grinding, which also provided some nice drops + money. He still did quests though. So yeah, I'd say there's plenty enough of quests considering he got to level 60 in 6 days.
Lol. Dude in case you didnt realize you are only on the first continent. On the map screen hit the button next to the 'Eye' and you will see a world view map with the other continents. You have a lot more content to go yet.
Just to let everyone know server is about to go down for maintenance in 3 minutes. Let's hope it's not down for along time
Ive found that this game really doesn't lead you by the hand to all the groups of quest givers. Sometimes just exploring you'll run into a random quest giver or small group of them. I'm early in the game though so I can't talk much. I'll find out!
Im soooooo glad they are keeping up on maintenance. I wonder when the first real "patch" will come out and what changes they will make.
Thanks for that info, I can't believe that I didn't realize that. It looks like there is a lot more to go. I was starting to think that the game wasn't quite as large as I was hoping.
Yes. That's why I like to walk (instead of teleport) from town to town at least once to look for any quest givers near the main roads. Also, some mobs drop items (like a letter, for example) that start a chain of quests.
Sounds right. So far I am only level 32 and not for one minute did I have to grind. Sure some quests are hidden a bit, and you arent being lead by the hand, but that is part of the fun. I just started on the next continent and so far I haven't needed to grind at all. People just need to search a bit.
I play this game when I have the time; currently I'm level 9. So are there any big boss fights? Stuff that needs a team? How about end game? Anyway, I'm still looking for a guild to make the game even more fun. Who's still recruiting??
I've completed "The Tiny Threat" quest 3 times already. Is this a glitch or is it a quest where it's always going to be available for me to do?
I had a great group experience last night for the first time. 4 of us just trashed a bunch of nasties and even when the quest was complete we stayed together to inflict more mayhem. I think the key thing missing from this game is the incentive to team up and the ability to communicate while teamed. It was really hard to type stuff while fighting. I think voice chat within a team would be amazing and should be totally doable. Either that or add word macros that you can plug in to your button menu so I can hotkey things like "I will tank %t". The friends I made in games like EQ and WoW were a huge part of my enjoyment and chatting it up while grouped is key for that. Also, is there a way to click a player and "assist" them (target what they are targeting)? It is so easy to solo this game that my group skills are in need of tuning.
Is anyone experiencing any class as 'overpowered' yet? (Like would demolish any other class in a pvp setting.)
