Yeah, made the account back in January 2009 while playing Hero of Sparta. Didn't think I'd ever use the account again xP. Funny enough, he didn't change my password. Just changed it. Meh, still deleting this game.
Well, I'm a mage (lv 60) and I can say that not mine I guess if a mage is 10 and you are 60lv warrior than maybe...
Perhaps you don't remember vanilla, release WoW (which is what this is - a vanilla, release version), but early retail WoW *was*primarily questing and grinding, sir. 0_o With battlegrounds on the way, dungeons/instancing promised, and new content additions / level caps / talents already in development, it's frankly developing at a much faster pace than WoW did, and the social features that exist already (guild / team / friends / ignore) etc. are solid and standard. I only see it getting bigger.
I was there at launch day for WoW, O&C is, at best, within several light years of that. You must have been playing a different WoW than I was in the very beginning. I could go off on a long list of things present at launch in WoW that aren't even on the radar for O&C, and things present at launch that are, at best, vague promises in O&C, and things you just flat out distorted, but clearly you're more interested in seeing a glass 1/8th full as a ice chilled keg, so I'll not bother. Suffice it to say that O&C is very good for what it is, at $0.99 for 3 months it's a steal of truly of epic proportions, but to compare it to even the lowliest free to play 3D MMOG on a PC is to sound a bit raving mad. It is, at best, reminiscent of vanilla WoW, nothing more.
3 months ties to Gameloft live account or iTunes account? Hopefully my family can play together... Does anyone know? Thanks in advance!
should i really get this game with all the complaints and gameloft having yet to update? i mean i am not a big fan on the monthly subscription thing to tell u the truth i would rather just buy a game one time and be able to play it at anytime not like oh after 3 months i cant play no more and have to pay to play thats just my personal opinion
I'm actually having the same mindsets as yours... I guess .99c is worth experiencing the things/gameplay offered by a mmorpg at least once...
If that's how you feel, no, don't get it because going by that post you'll find a way to feel you got cheated even if you only pay $1 At $7 it was still a bargain even if you never played it more than a couple of weeks. Flawed or not, it's still the best third person RPG on iOS by a wide margin and well executed enough that if you can't get $1 worth of good out of it you may as well delete all games and just download accounting apps from this point out.
