Lore does not equal story. And I'll bet you my paycheck that Order and Chaos has less than 10% the lore that WoW has. Also, in the case of WoW, most of the "lore" was only accessable by the 1% of the population that made it to the highest level raids.
Well of course it has less lore, it's a Gameloft game. And yes, game world lore is story... What else would you call it? If you pay attention to quests in WoW there's actually quite a bit going on. The difference is, Blizzard doesn't spoon feed you the game's story you actually have to search it out by questing.
They did fix that by the second expansion. They fixed that a LOT. (people were upset by it oddly) And the 1% statistic was only for the final dungeon in WoW Classic, which didn't have lore anyways.
Some people will never be happy. Keep the final lore to 1% and there will be whiners, open it up to 50% of gamers, and there will be whiners.
So how does this work if you have multiple ios devices? Do you get 3 months only on your first gameloft live account/device?
I am playing this on my IPad and put it on my wife's iPhone and did not have to pay anything extra. She uses her Gameloft login, gets to create characters and also gets three months, the same as me. It seems to be tied to the account like most games but I am sure the IAP won't work this way.
so does that mean that if i buy a month on one ipod, i don't get it for my other? and can you play the same account from 2 devices?
In this case, Order and Chaos works like WoW in that you have an account with Gameloft and characters tied to that account. You can sign into that account on any of your devices and continue where you left off, even if you were just on a different device. Since IAP are tied to a character (to give a character more gold or jewels) rather than some add-on that is downloaded to the device, I would imagine it would care over to a different device when you start up that character.
Ok, I was getting this earlier. It appears that on the wifi network at my local university, they have SOMETHING restricted that prevents the game from working. If I share the 3G from my iPhone to my iPad using My3G, it works fine. So you may need to do something to help your wifi network allow the connection... -Verxion

Does anyone know if there is or will be a way to reset your talent tree in case you want to switch specializations. I'm a warrior and I don't know if I want to go Battle or Guardian. Not sure I want to tank, was always more of a healer or dps in WoW, but if warrior DPS is going to be crap in the end then why bother.
Yes, you can buy a reset scroll from your class trainer (not the general trainer in the first town), but it's pricey at 10 gold I think.
I'm a little embarrassed to ask, being level 5 already, but how the heck do I get my ranger to use his bow, which is equipped, instead of his daggers? No matter how far I am, he just runs up to the enemy and starts hacking away. The only time I can use the bow is when I use my skill for now. Can anyone help? Hodapp? Thanks!

Anyone on Observer's Market in Europe? Got a ranger called 'Lucifon' - hit me up Pretty blown away with the quality of this for a phone title. Okay it's a little fiddly to get used too but it's a great experience so far. One thing I was hoping is that more people would kick up a fuss regarding being able to pay with real money for Gold. This is just a downright terrible system. The Auction House and server economies will be completely screwed thanks to those who pay for gold will be more willing to spend larger amounts. Bad bad decision from Gameloft, and seems very greedy considering they're selling Relics and have a sub fee...
