I've tried both. For some reason, my attack button displays a dagger or a sword, unless that's the universal button for everyone. But no, I still can't figure it out lol...not that it matters at such a low level, but I think I'm going to need it soon. Not interested in becoming a DPS rogue. Always leaned towards rangers on MMORPGs xD. Edit: It's currently 37 on the top charts and climbing. Glad to see that we're going to have a large community on there as well.
lol ima try create an archer and see if i can figure it out k i tried it out i think when u attack normal it uses dagger and rapid shot is when it uses the bow
I agree, and don't like their system. Pocket Legends, which I played for a long time, and probably will return to at some point, also sells gold, but it is so high priced that you can earn more in a couple hours playing than you can buy unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars. In O&C, gold is relatively cheap to buy compared to how much you seem to get from playing, though that may change at higher levels. Honestly though, what I'm more concerned about are those epic crafting components that require rune stones to buy. Is that the only way to acquire them? Will I need to have 100 rune god essence or whatever for every one of my items to compete in end game? I really want to know, but it seems like it could be a while before anyone is high level enough to answer these questions. Oh man I just met that NPC, but I'm not 100% sure. I think it was in the town of silence, and it was definitely on a balcony on a building with stairs leading up.
Aw dang, i can't make it work with 3g unrestrictor/my3g. And i wont be near any wifi hotspot for 2days! Even if isdirect/direct is turned on
Yall are getting crazy over this gold sale thing.. it isnt a big deal you can buy gold in WoW too, just unofficially. This helps keeps gold farmers away while doing at least no more damage than encouraging a gold farming business. Having said that, who here is level 60 yet? Noone? Then whats the big deal for all we know the high level mobs are like gold pinatas and we get gold like crazy. Heck I am only level 10 and got a quest reward of 30 silver, I could easily see quest rewards of 1g+ and mobs dropping high amounts of silver. This whole arguement could be made moot if at high levels it is easy to aquire gold without buying. If someone buys gold to make life easier at lower levels well, I guess that might make some people jelly, but I sure dont care.
There's a difference to buying gold from some dodgy third party china-run company and the actual developers openly selling it in their marketplace with a big fat store button. I agree though it is too early to tell how much you earn later on to truly gauge whether it's worth it or not. Not only that but buying gold in other MMO's is a bannable offence. Here they encourage it (for obvious reasons).
Crazy, really? I think I just sort of said I didn't like the system, and that it kinda depends on how gold/silver/copper drops change at higher levels. Sounds like someone who perhaps bought a crapload of gold is getting defensive
I think the skill is how u use it If u look where the bow is equipped, ull notice it's in a separate slot And it's not like he skill takes mp or anything It just keeps firing until they get close
I for one will never buy in-app purchases. I already pay for subscription and bought the game, and I am more than happy to EARN what I have.
Does anyone know if there's any way to change your profession? I'm a ranger, and like an idiot, I chose blacksmith and everything that I can craft is warrior stuff, haha.
I've tested it out and so far, I've only been able to use bow when I use rapid shot. If I'm going to pour points into ranger skills, please tell me I can use the bow as a normal attack. Oh nvm, I think you're right. The skill doesn't take any mp but just has a recharge time so it's not too cheap. Thanks for the help bro. Guess you were right porkchop. My bad. Oh it does keep firing after all, it's just he has to wait through the cool down cycle before he shoots again. Got it.
Oh snap! I just realized I did the same thing Except I haven't gotten re profession yet I just have the letter of recommendation
Some questions 1) are there group quests/raids/instances?? 2) what's the gear variety like? In RPGs and especially mmos there has to be tonnes of gear so everyone is not striving for one sword and one armour etc... 3) what are classes and skill trees like? As in how are they set up. Is it straight earn this then this or specialise in certain stuff??
Lol, no. If you knew how cheap I was you wouldnt accuse me of buying gold. If this was anything but what it was, I wouldnt have even bothered buying the game until it went on sale. Besides I wasnt specifically refering to you. Some people just seem overly butthurt about it when fact is we dont really know if there will even be a market for the gold endgame (where it really matters). I admit it could be a really big problem, but it could just as easily end up being a non issue. No use fighting the issue until it really exists.
1) yes i think u have the ability to do the same quest as some1 in ur party and u can both complete the quest if u do the task the person asks for. 2) theres tons of gear. u can obtain pretty good equips from npc quests and there are A LOT of quests u can do. 3)Well... u can buy a book which can unlock u to put skill points into tht specific skill. They are set up by unlocking other skills as u progress into putting skill points into previous skills before in the skill tree. There are 2 different types of skills u can put it into. (Monk= Divine and Military Monk)
