You need crafting currency. You get that from crafting. I haven't checked the other trades, but for tailoring, it'll cost you 550 tailoring currency to buy the item that gives you intermediate tailoring. You buy that from the same vendor that you buy recipes from unless you've only found the first such NPC that doesn't sell anything beyond the first level. They're in different locations for each job but I think Greenmont has one for every job. It seems like the first level recipes give you one unit of crafting currency per unit of material used in the recipe. So e.g. a grenadine glove that needs 8 grenadine and 2 normal yarn (which you buy from crafting supplies vendors) appears to give ten crafting currency. So to get to intermediate you could craft 55 of those gloves using a total of 440 grenadine and 110 yarn. I would expect the numbers to be somewhat similar for other trades. Later levels are more expensive, but it seems those recipes also give you more crafting currency. At least for tailoring they also use rarer materials though. Oh, one last note, again at least for tailoring, the intermediate recipes only start to be actually useful around level 17.
Is anyone else having trouble with the game. Before I even get to a log in screen when it's checking for an update it says that it can't connect to the internet but i am connected. My wifi works on other apps just not order and chaos. Anyone else having this problem and know a fix? I'm on ipod touch 4g with the most recent ios.
I see a Storage Guard, with the sparkly stuff near him but no icon like the other storage box's. I tap on him and it only gives his level. How do I use the storage from him?? Nevermind I found the storage thing I was looking for. Not sure what the Storage Guard is about.
same, and I have the feeling I played way too much. Geez... how many hour must he have played in 1,5 days to reach lvl25?
Hey @backtothis. whats up bud? so does this really live up to the hype? As good as Warcraft. I know thats a tough shoe to fill especially cause its unfair to compare an ios game to probably the greatest and most popular MMO ever. But just wondering how it stacks up.
Yo, haven't seen you around man. Hm, well that's a hard question to answer. What I can say though is that it's best experience out of any iOS game that I've had. In a way, I'd say this was my favorite iOS game to date. Gameloft pushed mulitplayer even further with this release, much further. The graphics are completely awesome. The skill trees for each class are extensive. The world is HUGE. I'd say it's even bigger than the world in Aralon, no joke. The combat is what you'd expect it to be. It's pretty similar to Aralon or Dungeon Hunter 2 in that aspect. There's plenty of quests. The interface is awesome; you'll never feel lost. The partying system works well. There's plenty of emotes and all the other junk that come with MMORPGs. What the game is missing so far is good PvP. For now, dueling someone near your level is pretty much your only option. Nothing happens if you win though, so it's just for fun. The game suggests there are PvP zones where the two factions can fight freely, but I haven't heard or seen much to confirm that yet. I'm guessing it's for higher levels. Ask if you have any specific questions.
In Greenmont there are two PvP arenas, however the NPCs there just say they're not in the game yet. I'm guessing that PvP other than duels will come with an update (I hope they disable those IAP attribute buffs for PvP...)
Ah, thanks for clarifying. It's alright. This is an excellent first build of the game as it is. I have no doubts that Gameloft will be shooting out updates in the near future for this game.
Anyone else struggle to extract mail, I won something in the auction house but no matter how many times I hit extract it just doesn't register...
Didnt come off until 4am. Played for hours and only level 6. (love it that its not so easy to level up)
