This games doing better than MC2 in terms of players online after less than a week. MC2 has been out for half a year now, or more, and hasn't dropped a cent. This game will take even longer before a price drop occurs. Never has any Gameloft game had such an explosive reception as this one. Good luck waiting over half a year. Plus, I mean really, $7 for the best online game/RPG on the iOS? I don't know how poor someone has to be for that to be too much.
help? I just reached lv 8 I was clearing out my inventory. I went over my proffesion book (u have to be lv 8 to learn it) so i could start doing that and i just sold it!! . Is there anyway to get it back??
Doubtful - Gameloft can generally afford to pull such sales because they only equal extra revenue from those unwilling to fork over regular price. With them only rarely updating a game more than once or twice in response to major bugs, every sale, no matter for how little, equals profit. That model isn't going to work here - the game is online only, that equals servers that have to run acceptably, and a $1 customer is every bit as expensive to support as a $7 customer. It's an MMO, that equals the necessity of content updates to keep people subscribing. If $7 is too much for 3 months of an at least decently competent MMORPG, I wager Gameloft doesn't need your $1 that badly, at least for now. Now, I guess come August if new players has slowed to a trickle and enough people aren't re-signing as the 3 month period expires, maybe it will be worth such a move to bring in fresh blood in hopes they will stick around after their 3 months, but you'll be waiting at least that long, and missing out on the best game they've done in the mean time.
well, when I walk out I'm naked cause I have no money for my clothes and I live in a roulotte, without a bathroom...now u touched the level of my poverty! EDIT: after an overdose of World of Warcraft, it's time for a change, so please please please let me play casual games now!
LOL. Sorry, but no. Either start a new character, or make another character, do that quest, and mail it over to your current character. csb.
dangit dude! Ah I guess I'll have to..... Is there any equipment that's actually worth it through blacksmithing though? I'll eventually do it but is it something I'll need urgently while I'm lving. (ex.)Like there's that sword that rapes face that I can only get through blacksmithing that I'll need right when I hit that lv?
I need help. I deleted my proffession book. I just made a new character. I skipped all of the quests and he's still lv 1. I was going to mail all of the supplies to it. then mail the blacksmith book to my alt. Apparently, the skill book quest wont open up at lv 1? Or do I have to do a quest to open it up? I'm confused. I'm pretty sure the quest comes up in silence but I may be wrong. Can someone help me out please??
I think you need to level him up to get it or do some pre-requisite quests. Besides, those books are most likely BoP. You can't send it.
I don't think it's bound.... it only gave me 3 copper for it. Can someone answer this question: do i need it? Is there anything actually in the blacksmithing book that is too good to pass up?
Yea I know. I'm asking if there's something in the profession book that's better than anything else? Because if I can just quest and get better items, I won't need the book.
Oh. In that case, the best weapons will probably (hopefully) come from raids or (unfortunately) IAPs.
OK, finally got *one* character invited to the TA guild and... discovered each character needs their own invite, which means GL really screwed the pooch there. That's not just inconvenient, it's a big security issue if characters aren't implicitly part of the same account since it makes running scams so much easier. Hopefully that's something that will be addressed. But, for now, 1/4 of my toon stable is in a guild.
Uh... All games are like that. It's so you're not limited to one guild. Plus, the guild isn't across all of the servers. It's just Arcadian Forest.
