What are your rates like? Below is a list of what I currently could make use of. I need 3 animated chibis. 4 frame animation run where frame 1 and 3 are same is what I currently am using but a smoother 5 or 7 frame animation will work as well. These will be animated in game at 2 speeds, a slow run and fast run. Delivery as SVG files editable by Inkscape with Document size of 320W x 420H Roughly based off some pixel art versions I am currently using. I also need a background image for parallax scrolling. Delivery as SVG file editiable in Inkscape with Document size of 1024W x 640H I have a reference so you get the feel of what I would like and color range I am looking for.
