Any creative-minded folk out there that like designing playing cards? Card Shark Solitaire (free) and Card Shark Collection both support the ability to import custom decks. This was a user requested feature, but to date while there's been a sprinkling of interest, I have not yet received any user-contributed decks. If anyone here is interested in making a custom deck, please reply here and/or shoot me a PM. I'd be happy to work with artists to help them prepare decks in the required format, and distribute them with credits and url links to a website of your choice.
