Then the vertex painted rivers are added. The floor is painted and all the props are placed.
SXSW Gaming was a success! This was our first expo since we reached beta so it gave us a good understanding of our audience and allowed us to get instant feedback from players. The blue bar around the tank charges up with energy which can be spent on abilities. Some things cost more than others and you definitely need a strategy in place to ensure you use the right abilities at the right time! What are your favourite abilities? Do you save up for those Airstrikes and Repair Zones or do you prefer to just go crazy with cheaper abilities like the Throwable Repair Pack and Smoke Grenade?
I like air strikes, you can corner the enemy when they’re on low health and push them from one side and call the air strike on the other
That sounds like a really good strategy. It's really satisfying when you get someone with an airstrike. Energy well spent!
Yep, it’s rare to actually hit people with the air strike but ,like you said, when you do but it’s so satisfying

We don't have a date decided just yet. We hope to soft launch in June, so I would say we would aim to launch globally on iOS and Android maybe two months or so after that. It can be a bit hard to pin down a date, so we will keep you updated on our progress as best we can
We've uploaded the repo of this simple UI rays shader made in Amplify Shader Editor for anyone to use! Hope someone appreciates the share Have fun! In this example, we've used this shader for the rays behind some UI in Pico Tanks: Multiplayer Mayhem, and we wanted to share this resource with our community. This project was built using Unity 2019.1.0f2. The shader is created with Amplify Shader Editor (ASE v1.6.6 rev 00) plugin but you don't need it to run the project, edit or use the shader.
