Indeed a bit of a tricky situation with the names. The message posted earlier by eugekava, brings up a fair point, since there is quite a big difference between Pirate's Gold and Pirates' Gold. In fact this makes me wonder whether you're simply the only pirate in the game, or whether it's supposed to tell us a story about the player's gold (which would be only one pirate, thus singular) So in case of any voting, my vote would go to Pirates' Gold ^.^
Four days is not forever. lol But yeah, what's happening with the game devs? Has it been submitted yet? Probably not.
Oh, and You will get it. Last polishes are being made at present. It isreally close to the relase. I tested final beta, almost RC and I am amazed. Everything works even smoother, menu got new, atmospheric style, our pirate has now battle cries and comments some of the monsters killed, camera angle was zoomed and more details are visible, shop has new design... A lot is going on lately, don't miss it and stay tuned for more information!
that's a bummer, that original name is now occupied... "Pirate's Gold" was good one.. hope devs can get the name back! if not, maybe "Pirate and Gold" ? anyway, whatever the name would be, can't wait to play the game....
yeah... we reall had no time to write back on the forum sorry for sure, the game will not be out in january the release date was pushed to march! sorry guys for that. The game is almost ready but thats not the "problem" - we will tell you more - when we can! so stay tuned!!
HHmm I think you are right :O I played the last beta and the OpenFaint icon was replaced by an... ok can't say what but now... I belief you are right eee anyway I really hope that a publisher (if they really get one) makes the internet screaming this title its so fun! btw I hope the developers do not kill me for this information but guys, I'am playing the game for 10 h now! (yeah I've got a "played 10h achievement :O") and I have still around 25% of achievements to unlock :O I am so amazed about the fact, that you can play(or better say rush!) through PG in 2-4h but you still have enough stages to clear and things to unlock - even If you play 10+h! ok I have told you enough
A lot of people say that iDracula inspired all of these new games, but I think that Minigore was more of an inspirer. Which game is closer to this game and Guerrilla Bob, Minigore or iDracula? Minigore kind of sets a standard, especially with all the frequent updates.
hmm well the first really good dual stick shooter was on the x360 around 2 years and its called Geometry wars - so long before the appstore IMO PG do not copy one of this existing games - it redefines this type of games.
