wow i was looking on the appstore all day for this game, then i decided to check the TA upcoming game sections, and what do ya know its not even submitted yet....yay for iphoneprogrammer fail!
Even the beta testers are in the dark on this one. The last build I played was months ago, just before the Chillingo announcement. The game still needed some polish but it was essentially finished.
Seems like Chillingo did not like some features in the game, like main character voice... A few days ago I have seen thee post in Twitter: "Do You think Your sound like a pirate? Tell us", or something like this. So project is in progress, but met some obstacles.

Interesting. On Chilligo's site is says Treasure but it redirects you to Gamelabs' site which still says Gold in the banner but on the page it also says Treasure?!
I guessed as much and I think its a nice choice. Edit: Post # 301 I wonder if the new name was chosen at random or inspired by something?!
I was almost out when I saw the bugs, cuz I just hate 'em, and cuz they always feel like such a cheap choice for an enemy, but then the guy turned into a freakin' octopus, and I was back in. The cows walking upright were icing on the cake, and then... oh! There's the octopus again. Sold!
