I'm confused, do you want 21 individual ranks, because what you've said earlier was that there was 21 rank, but it only changes every 5 levels which would technically mean you only one 4 ranks and a 5th to cover the the 21st level???
How long will a level be and is there going to be more levels and if yes from a update or DLC? Does it cost 59p (99c)?
