Yeah, EyePet is very cool indeed and Augmented Reality in general has a great untapped potential which could be interesting to look into
The stuff you have put up looks really amazing. Could an RPG-esque aspect be possible - sort of GTA meets pokemon? You could have little missions that would start with teaching you how to interact with the creature, and them get them to interact with the world. The missions could be episodes? There is a lot of potential here, congratulations on what I think will be a sure winner.

Is everything done in 3d or is the creatures 3d and the environment done with 2d sprites? Just curious. and like everyone else, i would love to beta test if you need another person
+ 1! I'd say as you have come up so far with your Ideas, Deliver what you have in your minds, its come out very well. Once you have released the product, you can then think what else can be added to it Albeit you don't find anything from the 10 mile list tht you have
