Haha this cracked me up. Mmm yeah Alterra sounds like a plan. Oh and I own a Fnord Ranger, best 100bucks I ever spent. She refuses to die even with 300k+ miles. Also, just wanted to say a quick thank you to all of you TA regulars for getting me addicted to IPhone gaming and now forum cruising, my wife however would prolly like to tell y'all something different :-}
Great news! I'll most likely start as a Warrior going by the name of Distinct88. Nice to meet you too!
Good to have you with us! I should be thanking the TA regulars also, considering I'm new here. It's this thread mainly that got me posting. I watched it for most of yesterday, waiting for news on this game's release. When it didn't come, I decided to post and now I'm here Apologies to your wife in advance! Added! Welcome aboard.
Isn't it nice to know that there're fans? xD And anyways we should make a guild if that function ever comes.
For those of you finding the wait for this game to be almost unbearable, I found this guide on the Spacetime Studios forums. It's not made by me and I take no credit for it whatsoever. It's a pretty neat guide imo, with screenshots and bassicly everything you need to know from the inventory system to the options menu. I've read it so that I can start grinding levels the second this game is approved. Guide: http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?29-Pocket-Legends-Play-Guide
That function is coming, the devs mentioned it during an interview article. By the time the guild function is released, we'll probably know who's still playing and who isn't so it'll be easy to setup a guild and invite them. We'll go from there.
Why does this game require review twice? I thought the only difference between the iPhone version and the iPad one was the UI.
I guess Apple isn't sure, and they wanna be careful as to not let anything slip through and cause more complaints and game being pulled.
I mentioned this earlier in the thread, but something tells me it's 1 of 2 things, or perhaps both;- 1. Apple are so caught up reviewing iPad applications that they've 2nd prioritised applications for the iPhone/iTouch. 2. Apple are holding up applications for the iPhone/iTouch to give the iPad a sort of "exclusive" release to applications. A sort of marketing scheme to attract consumers to buy the iPad. I really doubt that Apple are reviewing an application twice. And if they were, I can't see it taking THIS long to do so.
Huh...there're more archers in this than I initially thought...guess it's a pretty popular class after all.
Don't worry, the list contains people's forum names rather then their IGN. I wouldn't want someone taking the name I plan to use also.
