You must join a flight crew that can be ranked high enough to win a prize and you have to have done the required number of jobs to the city that has the event If your team ranked in the top four and you have done enough jobs, you will win the prize connected to your flight crews rank Then you wait and receive your prize, sometimes the prize can take a while to arrive, if you won a full plane, look in your hanger. If you won a part, look in parts. If you won bux, Look at your bux. I hope this helped at least a little.
