Preventing apps from connecting to the internet

For Wi-Fi, I think I saw someone mention on AppRaven an app that seemed to work as some sort of customizable VPN/Firewall(?). I think that if you know what you need to set/block, it'd meet your need.

As for mobile data, it can be toggled off manually, for most apps, from device settings:

 

Yep was gonna say the same thing. You can just turn off what apps you don’t want to use mobile date which is handy. Just checked. It seems to list every app you’ve got installed
