      i have a bunch of promo codes but i cant use any because i dont live in the right country, what do i do?

      Like others said, you have to make an iTunes US account, I'm not sure exactly how, As i Am in The US and dont need too.

      Simply change your country to US in iTunes and create a new account. Dont add any credit card info to it. All you`ll need is a valid US address. Google will help you out in case you dont know any US address ;)

      yet beware, you can have your account disabled. that happened to me as well
