Yeah well I have yet to come across anything like a Fallout 3 (I hope they end up making something...) type RPG game, and stuff like that. Like I said, try the Star Oceans those are pretty deep immersive RPG's on ANY platform. Phantasy Star Portable is sick, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII is sick, but that's almost more of a deep action RPG. Great story, lots of game play...

I like it a lot, especially if you like the old PSO games. There's a demo on the PSN store if you want to try it before you buy it. You can save and transfer your character to the full version from the demo. A sequel has been hinted at, there's a new "The Best" version of phantasy star portable coming out and it has a bonus UMD that contains the opening to phantasy star portable 2.

These two triple A titles are the reasons I will be purchasing one... I am lucky enough to have seen GT Mobile up and running and it will blow you away!

That said, my iPhone is still my number one gaming device at the moment.

nope, the fact its removed the UMD drive and makes us download our games is bullshit, because game on the psp cost £30, so you wont be able to buy any second hand games and there wont be any price drops on the psn store, and its buttons are even cheaper and tackier than before. and still no second analogue stick is pathetic, the analogue stick alone is a piece of shit as it is, so seeing as they've made no improvements to the psp in the psp go, it's just another backwards step for sony, wonder how much money they're gonna lose on this, becAUse no ones buying a psp as it is, let alone it's games.

I wouldn't say its ugly or a failure, its just not as good as igaming IMO. In fact, I find my PSP boring and never use it. No interest in getting a newer one. PSP may be good for kids but so is an ipod.

Not getting - not due to looks - just very expensive - never thought that the PSP games were all that good - the old library of games becomes obsolete - and one has to purchase new all digital media. I think that the remote use with my PS3 might be nice - but not at $250.

I'll probably get it eventually, mostly for the PSOne Classics.
