      It's £1.79 / $2.99 or equiv..

      Not sure what Universal means? I didn't specify any device restrictions, so if should work on iPhone + iPod touch + iPad (though there is no HD version).

      Universal means apps which are optimized for ipad (HD res and stuff) but work with iPhones too. Yours is an iPhone/iPod app which'll work with iPad in 2x mode, so its not universal.
