DR has similar weapons and gameplay to Doom, such as grenades, rocket launchers, shotguns, picking up ammo packs, and just running around killing hordes of creatures while trying to get to the end of the level with a minimal story.

    Gotta plug Dragonbane II

Has very dated graphics but the gameplay is awesome turn-based old-school dungeon hacking with lots of party members, items, magic stuff, traps, etc.

Whole lotta gameplay here for $3.

Guess it's tough for me to imagine Doom from a top-down perspective...

Going to have to agree with Zenonia, though I also got tired of the grinding and the weapon repair - just found that tedious but after 6 hours felt I got my moneys worth.

TapQuest - its free - how can you go wrong? Delete it if you don't like it.

Side scrolling Mummy's Revenge - just started playing it but already had an update and is decent.

Chronicles of Inotia - another one for a dollar that will take a long time to complete.

Dungeon Raiders - been really fun so far!

Then of course - The Quest.

Based on seeing you post in just about every thread about your game, I am turned off of it. Your statements about just see the ratings in iTunes to me makes me wonder if they are all real judging by the amount of spamming you do on these boards. Frankly I got my fill of your game just by reading all your posts and your self promoting you tube videos embedded in every one.

I can tell you that the "quotes" by TA members in the first post he made are only semi-real. They had to make up tag lines to win a promo code, so while they did actually say those things... they hadn't actually played the game. Implying they're genuine positive comments from people who like the game is immoral if you ask me.

Yes having a contest which requires you to say positive things about a game you haven't played yet and then use them to sell the game is definitely immoral and unknown to the general iTunes user. I for one won't buy the game merely for the self promotion. Just do a search for all his posts - each and every one - no matter the question - is GET MY GAME!

Just look at the newest releases - there have been a ton the last 24 hours. Lots of them adventure and/or rpg (ish). The new release forum has comments on all of them pretty much too. You went two weeks without choosing? I could never do that! Would have tried a bunch so far! No self restraint when it comes to good looking games.

Hmm, there's things similar to it, but they're closer to time-management games, such as Sally's Spa, Diner Dash, Chocolate Shop. Idk if thats what you're looking for, but that's at the top of my head.
