Rolando 2 is easy, fun easy there are some games that are just easy and get boring but for some reason rolando is fun easy... and has kept me interested for along time
I will probably hit up Soosiz as soon as i am done with rolando never realized how much i like plat formers until rolando
Rolando is easier by far and much more entertaining and clever. Soosiz is a good classic platformer and will challenge your game skills. If I had to pick one, I would go with Rolando 2
last post untill something else comes up in this thread the rolando series is some what of a flag ship of the genre on the ipod there is a rumored sequel however i have not played Soosiz my opinion is biased and i can only tell you what i know of R2
I'm going with Soosiz at the moment. It's challenging, but not too challenging, and they've nailed the controls. I give it 5/5 .
how do you even pronounce Soosiz? lol I don't own either, but I definitely want to get Soosiz over Rolando, the gameplay just seems more engrossing.
i would enocourage getting the free rolando 2 and soosiz play through soosiz and upgrade rolando as you see fit
I would say go and get the free version of rolando 2 and try it out..since it offers quite a good amount of playing time. In my opinion, rolando 2 is the better game.
I like Soosiz better but R2 is very good too. You should buy Soosiz and dl chapter one of R2 for free and try out both.
Still working my way through Soosiz, and still enjoying it, but seemingly less and less as I keep playing through it; it seems more like a chore somehow, especially with the gravity shifts in world 3, and yes I'm sure there's a lot worse to come. Rolando never felt like that to me; the game mechanics were better defined and while in the original the rolandos were quite fragile, there were many fewer annoying deaths than I find myself experiencing in Soosiz; Rolando also had save points within a lot of levels. And I also find Soosiz a bit dizzying, although I seem to be getting over that particular point the more I play! And with all the above, I am talking about Rolando 1, not 2. The first was better IMO and I would go for it were it included in this poll.
No contest, Soosiz. I really enjoyed Rolando 1, even finishing it at 100%, but quit the second one after getting to the third are. Way too cute for my tastes.
