You can either add them as an attachment onto your comment (scroll down to "additional options" and clock manage attachments) or you can upload them to an image hosting site (i.e - imageshack) and copy the image URL and post it the normal way you post an image.
Connect your iPod to your computer, and a pop-up screen should appear. Choose the option that allows you to transfer images from your iPod to your computer.
