I quite like the title. Pretty apt descriptions, too. I normally don't save replays, but I made an exception for that last match. It was simply that epic. Maybe I'll look into getting it up on youtube. On another note: does anyone here know exactly why cammy is the "counter" to dhalsim? What, exactly, are the strats?
i love that matchup so much, you can just go nuts if the dhalsim is average, so much fun. ill upload a replay i have verse a good dhalsim. so heres how the match goes: first cammy has to get in. at the start of a dhalsim match ill either spiral arroe or hooligan. if they fireballed and i hooligab then ill get some damage and an untechable knockdown. if i spiral arrow then i take maybe 60 damage- no big deal. then you divekick on their wakeup and begin the mixups. if they teleported then ultra/super if you have it or just spiral arrow. if they block you can do another divekick, throw, low medium kick or uppercut (if you have meter to fadc). throw beats block, divekick beats tech throw attempt, yoga fire/flame. low medium kick beats not blocking low or moves with slow start up but is more rewarding than throw. uppercut beats everything if they did anything besides teleport or block when you did the initial divekick on wakeup you would get a counter hit-free combo and reset the situation. basically, once cammy is on top of dhalsim its very hard to get her off. the hardest part with cammy is getting a knockdoen, but just being patient and using lots of focus attacks does the job. i had a dhalsim match today where i got three ultras in one round, cos i focused so many jump back punches and fireballs.
theres only one replay, and i saved it cos it was a double ko first round ill try get some more matches with this guy. but the whole divekick setup isnt gonna apply, unless youre using yun or cammy....

We've been doing this for 5 weeks now and things seem to be running pretty smoothly, I just wondered if there was anything else we could be doing to make the experience better?

I think cash price will make it a bit more competitive, but the incentive should not be so great as to sour our friendships and friendly chatters here. I.e. TA Forumers = Friends 1st tourney 2nd. As some of the forumers are working adults, I guess a few bucks for an app store voucher or so can be arranged. I myself do not mind sponsoring. What I will love to see is that the eventual champion dress up as his main character, take a photo, and upload to TA in order to claim his prize. I can safely say so coz I know I won't be winning FFFfan as Bison, Nullroar in Zangief's attire (WOW SEXY)? Who's main is CAMMY?
Umm.... If that's a requirement to claim the prize, I'll gladly lose to Nullroar or just tell everyone to lose to Snooper so he gets 1st place and hopefully he wants the prize, so he has to end up dressing up as Cammy.
oh dear. na but i was joking about the cash prize, too difficult with everyone living in different countries, im not sure you can gift app stores from other countries. btw im hype for my match with ivoloster, fei long is a really fun matchup for cammy. challenging, until you get in then you just go nuts. but seriously it should be good, i have yet to play a good fei long randomly online. kiancheongs is pretty good but i can never get a good connection with him. funnily enough our double elimination match was perfect, no lag at all. anyway yea when will you be around ivoloster?
