Keep trying if you can, and if not, then maybe we can find a solution.

Is it BleBla? Yeah, I don't know. Maybe you and one of the other folks who hasn't been able to make their match happen could play? We'll figure it out!

Hmm, so many people didn't complete their matches this week. Is the time difference a factor?

I think people are not taking it seriously, we had one week and how hard is just to make it work? Very sad!

  4. Hey Doc (DoctaMario is it okay if i can call u that lol?) yyhakusho can't play he said that he quit because of the time difference and he doesn't have any wi-fi at his house or office.

DoctaMario - I declined at first because that connection was total shit, then when we started playing that signal i moved to was kinda bad too, it wasn't from your end. Damn..I was butchered! Your Guile dominated [that time :)] man you disabled my usual game and I couldn't understand the double sweep most of the time! Weird to be on the receiving end of that, I don't encounter many Guiles online. I was jealous of your cross-ups today.

Welp, guess you get the win point for that one. I think I'm going to just start taking people out of the lineup. It sucks to have a match scheduled and then have someone decide they don't want to or can't do it. I understand time differences and how hard that can make it, but if both parties truly want to play, they'll find a way to make it work.

I PM'ed a few of the folks and heard from a couple, but another couple I didn't. So I guess they've made their choice.

EDIT: And you can call me whatever you like. :)

It's all good! I have a crummy (read: 3G connection) connection out where I live so I'll usually stay after at work and play on the wifi there. GREAT games man! Your Guile is super solid and it was great to play some mirrors against a good Guile player! I feel like I got a bit better and even learned a few new tricks while we were playing, so we GOTTA do that again! :) Hope you had fun using my Makoto as a punching bag too, Lol! X-D I'm just learning her.

Hey I'm not in the tournament but I was wondering if there will be a second one, because I'd love to join.

This seems like pretty nice timing due to the guy with the match up issues....

Then I declare the tournament over, with Shoryutofu the official winner.

So I played him I think 3 days ago against his Gief and beat him. Had to leave after the match. Then he sends me a rage msg blaming me as a quitter and telling me that he wasn't taking it seriously because he thought I was in that ever so popular ragequitter group. We've played against each other so many times before and I never rq on him. Either he was really angry at me for losing, he must have a short term memory, or he likes to forget about the losses he got from me. I think it's a combination of the 3.

What's his GC ID? I'd love to challenge him to get better.

Also, you rock me pretty hard as well. Have to say I'm kinda relieved to not find a matchup against you due this sunday :D

Or if there have been players that have been unresponsible, it wouldn't hurt to have a replacement with a new player, no ?

Yeah we could do that if he doesn't mind being 2 rounds behind. If he wants to play, I'll put him in.
