    Yes I totally agree with you..I never understand why people who hacked game and have all characters must compete in PvP? That alone ruins game for people who play clean... Very sad...

    Seems like Arena Pips don't currently reload over time like the main energy. Either this is by design or it's broken, but I can only keep playing if I use gems

    Arena energy will reload every 24hrs...Of course in main time you can use gems for refills if you want to..I'm not big fan of this system and I hope that NR will change or improve this...

    Yea i finally noticed that. I'm overall very disappointed with this build. I need to find an email to send them my feedback. I understand the current mobile trends and the desire to cash in on the whales but there can be a better balance I think.

    I'm not even playing anymore. I'm just stocking up on my daily energy and sending superman and Green Lantern on missions and collecting the money and rewards every few hours.

    My feedback I sent to WB. Maybe they will listen:

    I am currently playing the Softlaunch of Injustice 2 and would like to provide my thoughts and feedback. I know this is an early build but I've noticed some bugs and have some ideas. First, if it's unfortunate that you've currently decided to have a persistent online connection. One of the features that helped WWE, Injustice: Gods Among Us and Mortal Kombat stand out from other games in the genre was the ability to play anywhere regardless of network connection. I know these games have had issues with hackers, but the single player offline was great and I'd hope you would consider this for the worldwide build of Injustice 2. Second, the new energy system that has a global energy system is too restricting compared to the individual card energy system used in Injustice. This leads me to my third issue, the new shard system is a very very pay to win way to gather cards. The card packs from Injustice was a great way to build a team and I know you all made money from it despite the hackers. This current build of Injustice 2 seems like a cash grab and almost a copy of Marvel Contest of Champions. You can be better than Kablam. I think if you put players first over making money you could garner a more loyal fan base and Injustice players would be happier moving over to Injustice 2. This could also increase player retention. Maybe you will be tweaking the current build to be more player friendly as you add cards and certainly over the four year life of Injustice the game was tweaked to be less pay to win and more player friendly.

    As to bugs, currently you cannot switch the original three cards you get off your team. This means you can't use any of them in operations even if you are using a different three characters on your team. This seems like a bug and I hope it's not intentional. Also, not a bug, but the energy system in arena is so restricting and so pay to win it's almost insulting to anyone not willing to drop thousands of dollars. This hopefully will be improved or else I'm sure many players will just stick to your first Injustice. It's not good when a sequel makes me rather want to play the first one and right now that's what Injustice 2 does.

    I love the new combat system and the graphics are once again killer. I find myself only doing operations and no longer playing the game because of the really bad energy system and the poor arena energy that forces me to spend too much money to enjoy the game. The rewards from the operations are awesome but when I can only use a fraction of my characters in operations it turns me off. Additionally, playing ten minutes of campaign and then waiting ten hours to play ten more minutes is insane. I know you want people to spend money and have free players play in short bursts but this is more restricting and a bigger paywall than lots of other games and even worse than the first build of Injustice.

    I hope you improve this for the better. It's a fun game and has potential. I look forward to seeing how the game changes as you build toward global launch.

    You have to remove Batman/WW/Harley from the arena as well in order to use them in operations.

    Do you happen to remember where the second occurrence of Gear Chance and Chance of Gems appeared?
    I'm at 12 upgrades. Not sure if I want to continue

    Second upgrade of gems is 16th. Not sure about gear, it's 14th or 15th.

    If you do that then go for Catwoman! This is not brainer..She will give you even more chances to get some gears and credits..Her passive 1 works best for just that...

    Guys your character will change once you hit gear number specifically for that character..I believe that max gear number was 60 so it will take some time to get this number since each character have five gears...You will notice character change once you start leveling up gears..Observing your characters and level up gears and have fun watching your character changes..This will affect all characters in game silver gold doesn't matter...Also lots of new characters coming out soon so you may wanna save some crystals... Enjoy game :)

    Now let's take look after gear was added

    Now did you noticed over her chest added some peace of clothing...Also she have belt now plus her back changed too with some kinda armor...This is how all characters will change once you start lvl up gears...My gear is now at lvl 9 and max was 60...So I'm expecting to see more changes on her..This will work for all characters..

    Thanks dude, upgraded passive to lvl 2. Now she brings +10% coins and has +12% gear finding chance.

    I'd argue that the shards system isn't bad at all. Look at Future Fight which is doing great, or Clash Royale which has a similar concept. The problem is in the execution of it, namely:

    - Not all characters have a direct way to unlock and upgrade them. Future Fight has all characters available to unlock (save a handful of pay-only characters), whether through Missions, Shadowland, Battleworld, Dimension Rift, Timeline Battles, or any other game mode.

    - There are bosses in Heroic Campaign that don't drop shards. There is no reason for Aquaman (1-18), Deadshot (2-6), Flash (2-24), etc. not to drop shards for the characters. Especially when beating them the first time in Normal Campaign drops a prize of shards (fun fact, the 50 crystal + 5 shard benefit per boss does not apply to Supergirl (3-6), Scarecrow (3-18), Unhinged Harley Quinn (4-6) and Unbreakable Cyborg (4-18)).

    - It takes 36 energy to run a Heroic mission 3 times for 3-6 shards. This is a major chunk of energy for the day, wasted in getting a few shards for 1 character. It would take months of playing to max star any farmable character.

    - Chests are the only way to get shards for many characters. If there was a way to choose shards (like Future Fight's Biometric Selectors) it would be much expedited. SW: Force Arena's Mission Sequences and Clash Royale's regenerating Free and Crown Chests are other ways of handling this, by creating a huge stream of incoming cards.

    As an aside, did anyone notice that the Batman icon looks a lot like this legendary panel from the Injustice comic?

    Flash actually do drop the shards. Aquaman and Superwoman don't drop shards because they're not yet added in Roster. Deadshot drops them in H4-12. But sadly H4-6 has no shards for Unhinged Harley Quinn.

    I don't mind the shard system that much because you definitely will get who you want if you spend the time farming for them. Marvel Contest of Champions is random... there may be a "focus" draw where the chance is higher to pull a certain champ but really it's the luck of the draw. I don't mind putting effort into farming if you know who you're aiming for.

    I know its really early (full release isn't until May according to what I've read) but big issues are that chances at Arena don't refresh that often and people can just buy their way up the tournament ladder with arena pips/energy. I think they'll find a good system for this. DC Legends had similar issues with how their arena was structured and it took a while for them to figure out a good system even after the global launch.

    Other pet peeve is how dang hot my 7 plus gets after playing for more than 5 minutes. Holy crap.

    Edit: ......Aaaaand it looks like we got shafted for the Arena awards for this season. Just got 15 gems when my bracket awards should have been 400 gems. I don't even know why I play soft launched games. Yeesh.
