The online leaderboards only accept new scores, so there are two options: - Beat your own scores so new ones go online, or - Reset the old scores from the options menu, after that all the new high scores are uploaded
That is what I thought. I don't have a problem with that, this is a great game and an excellent update.
I still can't get the update. Will this be a quick fix, if it is a problem, considering many others have it?
this update just won't install for me.. i've tried 3 times but even after it downloads, it's the same old edition
Could the problem possibly have to with the app store telling me I can buy this game even though I already have it installed?
Yup, Stair Dismount marks the 15th OF logo I have to grudgingly put up with on my iPod. It's everywhere and I absolutely hate it.
Son of a bitch. Gonna take me a long time to beat some of my scores. Oh well, might as well start playing!
This is BS I have 2 iPods and an iMac - all 3 trying to get the update. I even uninstalled it and did a re-buy (which is free), as the game info now states version 1.20 It STILL downloaded as 1.10 I have tried a literal number of times being somewhere around...truly like 100 I lost my faith that this will work. I am so wired up I feel destructive right now. I need to calm down. It's not even about the game anymore.
No kidding, I moved Stair Dismount from 4th to 9th page. At least it's not as bad as Iron Fist Boxing (from 4th page to 11th). The first 4 pages are only for best games with good icons. Yes, I do care a lot about icons aesthetics, thus I'm grateful Anders and his Ilussion Lab team understand this too and won't mess around with their icons.
I really don't think so, seems more for the fun of it then to be a an integral part of the dismount. I definitely love the idea of props though.
The update finally took. I won't have to be smacking any bitches, thankfully. Love the new levels, and the OF integration works nicely. I don't much care about the OF badge myself.
FINALLY got the download to work (Apples problem, not Secret Exits). I really like the new levels Idea: a natural one, like rocks/cliffs/mini-mountain.
Ok, I have updated and logged into OpenFeint but all my dismounts are "not rated" so how do I log my high scores from before update?
It doesn't factor in your previous scores. So only if you break your previous high scores will it upload it to OpenFeint. You can clear all your high scores if you want, then all of them should upload to the leaderboards.
