{shrugs} ..I just thought it was a sign I should definitely get a 3GS as soon as my contract's up. There are so many games that I would like to have a frame-rate that just a little bit faster ..IMHO the frame rate in Stair Dismount seems good enough. I wonder if it's these new, larger levels? Tried going back to the older ones lately?
Sorry everyone, there's a delay with 1.2.5. It will include: - One more scenario (Pyramid Scheme) - Better integration with OpenFeint (top online scores shown in the game, no need to open the OF module) - Clear Face -button - Small tweaks (Twitter and Facebook buttons to follow up on Dismount news, Select Scenario -button in the in-game options etc.) The reason for the delay is that we're making a new "more games" component: currently if you press the Secret Exit -button in the main menu it opens up the mobile safari and exits from the game. This will be replaced with something more elegant. We're also looking into OpenFeint 2.4 to see if we'll update the online component to this new version, in other words OF 2.4 is not confirmed yet and may be included or not.
Would you look at that ungrateful Mr.Dismount! Hanging out at the pool, living the good life while Frand and Secret Exit are hard at work...shameful.
Am I the only one who's been too lazy to set a face for my Mr. Dismount character? Hmmmm... Think I'd like one that looks like it's been drawn on the dummy with a sharpie. Hey, Secret Exit guys: what RGB values should I use for a face to perfectly blend in with the dummy itself? ie: what RGB colour is the dummy? (Yeah, I'm terribly OCD about doing these things.) EDIT: On another note: There should definitely be an achievement for getting to dirt at the bottom of the Ski-Jump. Seriously. I've only managed to get there *three* times so far, and I play that level all the time.
Looks funny. I played the lite few months back. It was quite entertaining. Might get full but does it get repetitive?
Just do it! It's incredibly easy, and is loads of fun. Don't worry about blending the colors. Just save a few pics off of your mobile Safari and stick 'em on Mr. Dismount's face. I can't play this game without having a face, anymore. You have the laziest dismounter ever, he's always on break! You should just stick with playing the lite version, it's WAAAAYYYYY better IMHO.
@BOARDUMB He took after yours. Every time i try to catch him airborne, i don't capture the pic in a good enough position quick enough. I enjoy the laid back ones a lot though. Funny how my TA dummy can handle so much pain and end up posted. @Frand i really look forward to the update; especially the new level!
is there a lite for this? really wanted to try it out but I dont have money and I heard there werent enough levels
If you know there's a great airborne shot you want, hit the replay button, then you can pause at the precice moment and angle you want to capture. Also, just recently I discovered you can zoom in and out on replays! Yes I'm slow to catch on
@rich_952000 That was a company logo? Oh. I didn't look too closely. Thought it must be Darth Vader in bad lighting or something. @lord-sam The game is *way* fun ..always good to come back to, and it has a ton of levels. I'm not even remotely bored with it, and I play it all the time. Also, no two dismounts are ever the same ..ever. I gotta echo GodSon ..love the sound of that Pyramid level. I want. Maybe we should have Mayan steps next? (Like the Stiletto level, only steeper ..and no break in the middle.)
