Cool, it'll be interesting to see what the feedback is, the karts have true-to-life physics so touch controls we felt would make it harder to adjust for understeer/drift. It's a totally different experience to anything out on the market at the moment, so it'll be great to get your feedback when you play it and let us know. It is obviously something we can do so we'll take a look at their control mechanism too Thanks for the tip
Free Stickers (just pay postage and handling) Hey guys, so we've just created some new stickers - which are free. There's a flat rate postage fee for wherever you are in the world and that's all you have to pay. Thought it was a nice way to spread the word! http://www.wearestreetkart.com/products/street-kart-helmet-icon-stickers?variant=16429025031
Hey, I'd happily give you a beta for Rush Rally 2 if you are interested, Rush Rally 2 is true car physics too, using real car tyre data, and in fact it is much better played with touch than tilt because tilt just isn't accurate enough yo make small quick adjustments,
Hey there - yes, we dropped you an email a few days ago. We'd love to see how yours is set up - it's had great reviews!
We'll drop everyone an email nearer the time of beta release we're a little bit away yet, but thanks for the support, very cool that you're keen to get involved and all the team appreciate it!
I hope you guys give touch controls a go. I can't tilt because I have a physical disability so it would be awesome if we had a choice not just for me but for everyone who prefers using it.
You guys made it to the TA front page: http://toucharcade.com/2016/02/23/upcoming-mmo-racing-game-street-kart-is-definitely-singing-the-right-tune/ ...And so I ended up here. Always been a big race fan on iOS and left disappointed with Real Racing 3 and the way that F2P developed. A great shame as I was a big fan of Real Racing 2 and how that game worked. Eden Games has GT Spirit in soft launch testing for iOS at the moment, but they also took the F2P route. My hopes aren't too high for that anymore now. Finally Rush Rally 2 has restored my faith in the genre and really hoping your game will do the same, despite being F2P. It looks absolutely gorgeous though. Signed up.
Thanks Pony. We're a small studio, and been developing this for 3 years, so we hope we've something racing fans like. Appreciate you signing up, as you'll have the chance to influence the game - and from someone who clearly likes the genre that's brilliant. All we will say is that SK has been tested by tens of people who race karts week-in week-out to get the authenticity right and we have karters who are brand ambassadors and racing on circuits all over the world, so we're grateful to the support of the racing community. We hope that's reflected in the game and meets expectations, and if not, you can tell us through beta! Thanks for the support, all the team @Street Kart
I've just added a new set of Rush Rally 2 people to the list, hopefully including you, PM me if you didn't get an invite. Reckon you can add me to the beta list too please? ([email protected])
I've attempted to get onboard test flight numerous times and pm'd my info and you keep telling me something about multiplayer and won't send me an invite. Why exactly is it that I can't play in these multiplayer races? And why does this thread continue to show the beta is still open but you pm'd me and said, 'sadly it is closed.' What gives? I just want to have a go at these circuits and your 'ace' drivers.
If you're wanting in their beta, you need to visit their site and register. http://www.streetkart.me/beta/
