Thanks for mentioning our game among such outstanding titles! Every game in the list is really awesome.
you know what, everyone seems to hate you here, and all you do apparently, is try and get people riled up so they can argue with you. Why don't you just do us all a favor and leave.
Now that February's almost over, let's mention some titles we think well make the game of the month. For me, February's game of the month is a tie between these two (so far..): 1.) Plants Vs. Zombies (Extremely addictive and an excellent port to the iPhone from Popcap.) 2.) Brothers in Arms 2 (Insane graphics and an excellent shooter from gameloft. Fun FPS with great story. Although, multiplayer is a little fidgety/) Honorable Mentions: 1.) GT Racing Motor Acadamy (Decent racing game with excellent controls. Graphics are fine as well. Yet, I don't sense a lot of speed while playing.) 2.) Riddim Ribbon (Addicting and fast paced rhythm based game. Fun to play, although not a large variety of music.)
For Feb, I'm throwing down for Plants vs. Zombies. Which, I'd actually never played/heard anything about until it started getting all the hype on touch arcade... played it for about 5 minutes and thought it was a total pile and was really regretting spending the money on it... played it for 10 more and became completely addicted to it. Great game even if you hate tower defense games (like me). Honorable mention, and almost at a tie for me is Rise of the Triad. Another awesome game and a really great conversion by the guys at mobila interactive. Oh... crap... and honorable mention #3, Doom II RPG. Man... Feb was a pretty good month.
Great month. I have played PvZ a ton as well as Space Miner, but Tilt to Live just snuck in and stole it. I can't stop playing it.
Hmm... having trouble with a single pick from February... Here's my list of good ones: Brothers in Arms 2 Transformers G1 Awakening (bought it today... fantastic game) Space Miner Doom 2 RPG Plants vs. Zombies That's in no particular order by the way. I have trouble picking from there, but if I had to go with my top 2, it'd be either Space Miner or Brothers in Arms 2.
GTA: Chinatown Wars is one of the best games ever for the iPhone. Hours of gameplay, insane depth, good story, and it's underpriced at $9.99. It's definitely worth the purchase.
I think I'll ask later tonight... my parents will be glad that I helped with getting the water out of the basement and will be more inclined to say yes. Plus with some of my parents questions answered, I have a better shot. To add to that, I've asked my dad and with my explanation it sounded like he didn't really have any objections. So I think I'm pretty much good to go.
