Anyone on here have any tats? Im getting mine on Sunday. Was a bit nervous, looked around the web, felt better, now Im ready =D . For now, Im getting the word "Polska"(Poland in Polish) on my upper arm, area between the bicep and the tricep. Then Next year for my friends bday he going to get his and im going to finish mine by getting a Polish Eagle underneath the word =D Basically like that, cept theyre not going to eff up the font haha
i have one i won't publish here, my social security number, on my inner forearm, right where those poor jewish folk got tagged.
Looks good. I plan on getting a tatoo near my crotch that says 'Freshly Shaven' Just kidding but I am planning on getting a brazilian flag on the back of my left shoulder whenever I can get some money...
Here's mine so far. I want to get a new one soon of a Picasso ink drawing of Don Quixote either on my upper arm or on my wrist. I don't want a full sleeve. Those seem to be getting too trendy. I'm trying to go for the old-school patchwork style. BTW, that's my shirt rolled up in that photo. I don't have love handles like that
thats a pretty sweet tat. im 50% Polish myself. great grandparents came over on one of the many ships. i found my great grandfather's immigration card and citizenship papers a few weeks ago. it was really awesome to see.
I've got a couple. I actually live in the Bay Area also, but I'm not like an expert or anything on where to go. Most of my friends have tats though so if you are looking for a respectable place I could ask around.. Seems like you have that covered already. I got my first about 10 years ago when I was in high school, it was one of those trendy tribal bands. At first I thought it was really cool cuz I was really like the only kid at my high school at the time that had a tat. After a while I kind of regretted it because it was superficial and had no personal meaning to me. A while after that I got over it and don't really care anymore. The last one I got was about 4-5 years ago and it's a pretty decent sized one, covers half my left arm. This one has meaning to me and I took my time in choosing it. The only advice I have is not to rush into it and make sure it has meaning to you because 10 years from now, you never know how you will feel. It is cliche but it's true. Getting something to rep your heritage usually seems like a safe bet in this department. My 2 cents.
I almost ran away last time I was supposed to get an injection. And I was 20 then, not a kid. Needling your self deliberately is the worst thing I can ever imagine doing myself. Kudos to you guys. But I think I m Not Super Man enough for these tattoos
You should kill 2 birds and tattoo your wife's birthday somewhere. This way, you'll never forget it again and she will know you are sincerely apologetic
I'm gonna try to go for a couple tattoos on my eyelids, so that when I'm asleep, it'll look like I live an ever-unblinking life.
Are you kidding? Better keep it covered then, you can't trust anyone these days. Doesn't sound like the smartest type of tattoo to get during these times of identity theft... I have two, one on my left bicep and one below the nape of my neck on my back. Both custom one of a kind with my input done by two very well known artists in the community. Both mean a lot to me and are very personal. Sh*t like razor wire and symbols that look "cool" are not for me. Something that is personal I will always be proud to have on my skin, not some late night drunk spontaneous "oh hell I will get one" type of statement. FYI: The bigger and more color you get the worse it will scab over. Also keep in mind some peoples pigment will take the ink better than others so you might have to go back more than once for touch ups.
