I dunno why..... Im sick with 103.5 fever and had nothing to do. I watched this movie, never read the books because im not a 13 year old undeveloped girl or a bi curious boy. Anyways, I must say the movie was alright. I didnt like how the rising action of the movie was a vampire baseball game..... kinda random. But overall it was enjoyable if you need a happy movie... But goddamn! THE ACTING! That one girl who ran up during Volleyball to the guy that kristen stewart hit in the head, god, I think a 3 year old has better acting than she does. + She was super annoying, yes yes I read up and "da inta-net" that thats what she like in the book, but god damn!
I will NEVER watch Twilight. Why? It will be a waste of my time....I hate the movie, anyways.....The acting looks dumb in it and the plot seems dumb...imo
Eh, my friend invited me to the movies with her, so I checked it out. I didn't like it THAT much but, the baseball scene was pretty cool, lmao. I agree a bit on the acting though. Overall the movie was okay. I didn't read the books and don't plan on it any time soon, but I probably won't check out the next movie. But if I do, it's because of werewolves, aha.

You're only saying that because everyone else doesn't like it. It's the same thing with Miley Cyrus. Everyone doesn't like Miley because she comes from Hannah Montana, which is from the Disney Channel. Honestly, I think Miley's songs are pretty good. I can't say anything about Twilight because I've never watched the movie or read the book. I simply was not interested.
My wife and I watched the first one our of sheer curiousity. Borrowed it from my mother-in-law (was not about to spend any kind of currency on it). I expected it to be horrible. It actually met and exceeded my expectations. It was one of the most god awful films i've ever seen. The acting was comeplete and udder sh!t. I don't know who could take that sh!t seriously. First of all, I am a huge horror/fiction fan. I love creatures of myth and creatures of horror and all things like that. A vampire does not go into sunlight light and they certainly sure as f*ck are not supposed to "Sparkle". I have no problem with homosexuals, and I am quite an advocate of gay rights, but a sparkling vampire is just the worst kind of gay... lmao I have never read the books, and everyone I have ever attacked for liking the movie claims that "The books are so much better." I can't possible think of one thing that would justify a good story to come from that. The story was completely un-imaginative and very very bland. I can see why 10 year old girls like it... but what the f*ck is everyone else doing? Why are you giving these people money? The lady who made the books live in Surprise, Arizona. I live about 2 hours from there. Thinking about paying her a visit and painting her walls red. Ouch... I am not saying I don't like Miley Cyrus because she came from Hannah Montana, I am saying I don't like her because she f*cking sucks at making music. Her and her father. (which I think is hilarious as he tries to ride off his failures as an artist with his daughter's career)

No, he hasn't, we went over this last time he raged out over Twilight in a similar thread. Keep in mind a lot of the posters on Touch Arcade are very young, so you're pretty much wasting your time trying to reason with them on stuff like this.
god dammit there not vampires, there zombies. vampires have fangs, the zombies in twilight do not, when they bite they poison the victim, and thats what turns them into one. just like a zombie i live like 5 minutes from the lady who wrote them ha and i have a very bad problem with them and this whole no teeth thing, and since when did vampires turn to diamonds in the sun? nonononono they die in the damn sun but the movie was ok ha not the greatest thing, but yeah.
Believe it or not, when you're writing a work of fiction and creating a fictional universe you don't have to adhere to the strict guidelines of what a vampire is just like if you're writing a fantasy novel you don't need to stick to Tolkien's idea of elves, orcs, and dwarves.
