And you're not proving much with such a weak argument. I'm close to your age, and I know without actual experiencing something, you can't argue about it. I'm driving to Best Buy and purchasing Twilight at full price, develop and opinion, and then share it, instead of playing lemming.
So by not watching Twilight and not listening to Miley Cyrus, you AUTOMATICALLY become the next Einstein? Awesome.
You are absolutely correct man. However, it is the prime reason why it was such an epic failure to those of us who do like to adhere to those guidelines of fiction, especially vampires (more particularly Dracula) that involve a wonderful romance tale. Look what the Blade movies did. A day walker half-blooded human/vampire who kicks ass. that was cool. And it was different, yet not romantic. It was an action movie. It had elements that strayed and worked. (All my opinion of course) I'm not bashing your opinion or anything, I am just stating mine. I literally just thought the movie had poor dialogue/story/acting. The books might be good, but the movie sure as hell didn't make me want to go and get them. I try everything at least once...
I really liked the first half of the movie, I agree the way the vampires turned out to be was a total letdown. They spent way too much time building up the relationship with the vampires and the local native Americans then never going anywhere with it. I don't know, maybe they do later in the series, but I thought the movie had a lot of potential and was building up to be a pretty suspenseful mystery movie until it was "oh hey vampires playing baseball you smell so good."
Well, I'll add some reinfocement then. There have been 14 year old kids that get out of high school when there are 18 year old (normall age for getting out of high school) and they are in 9th grade. Why did the 14 year old get out of high school early? He was smart and studied hard. Why is that 18 year old in 9 th grade? They didnt care about their education, how smart they were etc... I saw the Twilght previews and though it was a dumb movie. Cant people just learn to respect other peoples opinion?
yourofl10 why did u edit kamazar's post? he's going to best buy and paying full price for it. dont get him in trouble.
Then why are the posts different? And do we need to explain why how you are acting is one large FACEPALM.
I didnt edit it, I clicked the "quote" button and it was like that when I did it, Then Kaz must of edited it buit there is no history. Listen, I respect everyones elses opinion on Twilight but they cant respect mine? Fellow TA members have showin my how childish and absurd this forum is. And here is an example of "childish": They cant respect my opinion.
Ok, we can respect your opinion all we want but what is there to respect? You can only validly say that it looks bad and nothing else, yet you are calling the whole movie horrible from no experience.
