Monthly updates for this game would motivate ppl and keep this game interesting so dont rush with new features. And the most games which are succesfull over long time make weekly events with great prices. You can do this too and i hope you will. This game has great potential. Better design/animation for attack/skills + weekly events + monthly updates ( with new monsters ) = success Thats my perspective and opinion for this game.
Just wondering, after getting healed at the ranch all npc are resseted? for example- challenged by a particular npc,won the match ,click on heal,got back to town walk pass the same npc gets challenged again. Is this normal?. And also are the monsters and maps different from the ones played on the PC?
Thanks for the kind words, right now we're just working hard on ironing out all the bugs and glitches then we'll start to add new features Yup this is normal, some NPC battles are repeatable and refresh when the map reloads, even if the map hasn't reloaded you can challenge the NPC again if you want to train. Yup there's lots of new Monsters in the mobile version, all the maps and storyline is different!
My current lineup is: Cyclonine - lvl 64 Vioness - lvl 56 Thrashtail - lvl 52 I have been stuck in Kingsbridge for ages waiting for Apple to release the update so I've been fighting in the gym with the 6 guys that their monsters lvl scale up with your lvl....

Still using the same team since I'm stuck in kingsbridge and can't catch any new monsters until the update is released.
First off, really great game. Next, my current line up: Wintail lvl 22 Vextail lvl 22 Brak lvl 20 <- this guys here until I find one one better Now a few suggestions. 1. A minimap, this would help greatly in finding where to go 2. Able to see where you can find each of the monsters, as I really want to get some of them but don't know where to look. 3. Show how much hp your monster has while in battle. 4. Increased energy pool as you level up. This helps so that a medium energy move doesn't take out half of my energy.
That's a good point, about the energy, how does/is it suppose to work? Is it (arbitrary number) set at 100 for every Tera monster, and then all small moves take 10, medium 50, large 100 or is every move different? Does anything scale with level or does energy increase ever? I noticed on the Wikipedia that moves use PP but I'm assuming that's different in the web browser version?
Suggest: Make a Skill Master Shop where you can buy new never seen before skill by terra coins and or terra dollars. This would make monsters more individual and more effective against strong monsters in the map. Of course the skills have level requirement and for example a fire monster can only learn fire and legendaries can learn all. I suggested this cause you can fill Monsters with new skills when there is a gap between lvl 70 and 80. It will take looong time to get from 70 to 80 and when you can buy lvl 73 and 77 skills it would motivate me to play and level harder and to be able buy new skill.
Nice game. Have a few annoyances though... After battle, it's not very user friendly to have to move your thumbs from the bottom left/right up to the top middle to hit the close button. Can you make it so we can just touch the screen? Also, i desperatly need a d-pad... It's very frustrating moving around the world at the moment. Currently stuck in knightbridge. I beat the 6 dudes in the gym but still can't progress... What's the deal? I read about some missing NPC??? By the way, for those with high level monsters who can't beat these guys, just use lower level monsters as they only level with your current team... I used monsters around level 22, even though my current team are all 40+ and it was waaaay easier. Another tip is to make sure you have the health and energy regen abilities
Thank you for the suggestions everyone! Keep them coming we're noting them all down. Currently that is how energy works Jaacques. Each monster has, say 100 energy. A low power move takes 15, a medium power moves takes 30 and a high power move takes 40. That's not exact numbers but essentially how it works. Sorry matticus, at the end of the 'save Laura' quest in the apple version she disappears when she should give you another quest to do in kingsbridge. When the update comes she will reappear and give you the quest. Once you get to alvington don't take on the dr back quests until you have completely cleared the town.. Otherwise you'll be waiting on the next update! Sorry..
New Suggestion: As i suggested before i want to see Boss Raids. A player asked how should that work? Dev said there are caves/dungeons ( im still at newbie map ) so why dont place a Boss at the End of Dungeon which has huge amount of health. The boss has for example 5000 health and is fire type so you need water monsters. Rule of boss raids: Your monster attacks always first before boss kills you ohko. After you fought him first time you get a side quest automatically and you have to collect maybe 3-5 boss crystals to be able to fight him again while you only have 12h time left to kill the boss. After you killed the boss ( after 5-6 tries or sth ) you will get a nice reward ( maybe a new skill which would be only buyable at skill master shop ) and then you have to wait another 24h to do boss raid in the end of any dungeon. A weekly quest where you have to kill 5 boss would be cool and would make this more interesting.
I point out the energy issue because with my wintail, unless I use astral blast, my energy is almost always full, and that's just the normal energy regen (without the absorb). However, for my brak, I get around 5-6 attacks before I'm at 0 (or enough for my attacks to be weaker) and have to use cover to regain energy (before energy absorb).
Any news on the update? I know I risk sounding as impatient but having been stuck at Kingsbridge close to a week now, I decided to put it aside till the update is released by Apple....Couldn't have imagined that it would take so long to review an update....
