The best Texas Poker game out there!
The game provides 2 games (Texas Hold'em Poker and Omaha High)in 1 app, I stillprefer to play Texas Hold'em Poker most of the time. Ive downloaded many poker apps, this one is certainly among the best! The interface is decent and looks comfortable to me. Since it is universal, you can get the better experience and better HD graphics on an iPad. All the designs are user friendly. It can't be more easier to select a table and start to play. You can play with your friends or anyone from all over the world. It is so convenient that I can communicate with my friends in public or in private while playing at the table. I enjoy the game play, it is fast-paced and really addictive.
You guys are really listening to your users. It is awesome that the Pro version provides a detailed tutorial for beginners like me. Also the integrated music player is awesome. It is the most important feature that I wanted. Great job.
More language support would be appreciated.
Overall, it is a must-have game if you are a Texas poker lover. its definitely a great game that is worth your every penny, nice job!!

New Update, New Features, New Experiences!

I haven't experienced any problems that players have belowe. The game runs perfectly on my iPhone 4 with iOS 5.0.1. The game is very smooth and well performanced. And if you still have such problems, you should update to the latest version. It should have fixed them all!

The game is based on network. You must connect to WiFi or 3G to play it. There are 4 ways to play the game: Game Center, Facebook, Built-in Registration and Guest. I have tried all of these 4 ways. In other word, there are 4 game slots. You don't worry about your game progress will be disturbed by your friends or kids. You can play as different users here. Or even register different IDs using the build-in registration. My favorite way to play is still using Game Center.

In the Pro version, players can get 3,000,000 chips for FREE, whichi is very surprising. The developer is so generous. With these chips you can play 2 kinds of games: Hold'em and Omaha High.

The game is designed as a game lobby. You enter the lobby and choose a room to play. You can enter any room ramdomly which is arranged by the game or choose a specific room as you wish. You can also create a new room and invite your friends to join. The system includes features like chatting, inviting, sending gifts. You can get a detailed tutorial if you are still a green hand.

The game supports Retina high resolutions. You can see the amazing graphics on iPhone 4/4s. The sound effects and music are also very soft, pleasant and impressive. Since the game supports Game Center, you can compete with your friends on Leader board. As I mentioned before, there are many achievements in the game, altogether 145. However, these achievements cannot be shown in Game Center. I hope they can be recorded on Game Center as well in later updates.

I like the icon very much! It's designed like a chip, which is very useful in the game. So I think this icon does perfectly stands for the soul and quality of the game. You can share the game and your Game ID via Facebook, Twitter and SMS.

In a word, the game is best Texas Hold'em Poker game I have ever played. The well-designed game UI and contents will bring high quality game experiences for you. If you are still not sure whether to buy this Pro version or not. You can test the FREE version first. You won't regret playing it!

P.S.
Some suggestions:
1. The loading screen of choosing table or going back to the lobby is a little laggy. Sometimes I can hear the sound but the screen is still frozen. It takes some more seconds to activate the screen.
2. Maybe you can add an Asynchronous game feature in the game. Thus, players can continue their games when they cannot play the game for a while.
3. Can you also add some other ways to earn FREE chips. Such as cooperating with Tapjoy.
4. Bug: I play the game using Game Center, I can edit my birthday in Profile screen. But it can only be editted to the date I edit. I cannot edit to my correct birthday.
5. Bug: I play the game using Game Center, but I cannot edit E-Mail address in Profile screen.
6. Please add Game Center achievements which are the same as those in the game.

The login bug has been fixed in this version. But when I tried to buy chips, I am faced with a screen with chips. Sometimes, the buying screen is lagging. There are no chips being displayed at all. The buying screen lacks a person asking me how many chips I need to buy like a real casino. What I mean is the game needs some interactivity between the game and the player. Each of the actions you place your bet or call should be followed by a feedback voice done by the game system to alert the user. This game is too silent when I play it alone so sometimes I might doze off.

I played as a guest and as well as registered user. I noticed that guest players will have fewer chips than registered users. Though it isn't specified clearly in the rules section, I feel this should somehow be written somewhere in the rules section. This game does not have a how-to play or rules section. I feel the developer can add this section between Leaderboards and Invitations to play and make a menu bar which can be slide up and down for users to choose. It is somehow wrong to assume that everyone knows how to play texas hold'em poker.

Another feature I noticed that the player cannot specify the amount to raise or call. It is usually fixed. Even the amount to raise is fixed by the slider bar. It will be nice to specify what amount the player wants to raise or call. Given the limited amount of chips available in the free game, it will be easy to wipe out your chips if the gamer is a novice player.But to bet, the user is given the choice what amount he wants to bet. There is no live chat section too. Users can only private message each other.

It will be nice to have a live chat section where players if not engaged in a game can rest and relax and chat up buddies before they feel comfortable to join a game together. The game crashed for me in the middle of the game and I can rejoin the game. Luckily, there is a fallback system for me to rejoin the game. I reckon the developers can add a feature to email the crash report from the application so that bug fixes can be done. I like to mention that if the game has built-in avatars for people to choose , it will be better to play with people with photos rather than empty faces. I think most people are shy in showing their real faces so either cartoon avatars can work here too. If the user do not have an avatar, it can substitute the face with a normal smiling face icon. Currently, I am getting a question mark face.

This app is a great way to play Texas Hold'em with others from the comfort of your mobile device. There are always tables open to play, with a variety of different skill levels. With tables always open and players always online, this app can be played any time. The various modes of this poker app: Hold'Em, Omaha, and Sit & Go Tournaments, ensure that one can never be bored.

I liked ability that enables you to change the skill levels of your opponents by changing the buy-in price for sitting at certain tables, allowing you to play games that range from casual to highly competitive. There are multiple achievements to unlock, which earn more chips, and plenty of neat little accessories such as drinks and food that you can buy with your chips. I liked the fact that you can view your own profile, or the profiles of others at your table. In the profile, you can view stats such as amount of achievements unlocked, hands played and won, and your best hand. There is a time limit for each turn, to ensure that the game moves at a continuous pace. The pro version starts you off with a generous amount of 5,000 chips, which is more than enough to participate in multiple rounds. I enjoyed the fact that you could play as a guest, although registering saves your chips, achievements, and unlocks features such as adding friends. I loved the ability to message other players.

The main recommendation that I would give to the developers of this app is a tutorial at the beginning of registration, so that players new to poker or new to the app can learn and understand how to play and how they can maximize the multiple features of the game. It would also be nice to have an improved betting bar; the current one makes it difficult to make precise bets.

Overall, this is a great Texas Hold'em app. I would absolutely recommend this to anybody trying to look for a game of poker, no matter their skill level.
