I was given an iPhone 6s with 128gb today for my birthday, and as I began to backup my 5c, I began to reminisce thr times I've had with this community. I remember back in 2013, I had the 'ole iPhone 4 and I was really glad to find a community that shared my interests in mobile gaming. It was pretty much taboo among my friends, who would play flappy bird and temple run if anything. I've enjoyed the discussions, waiting for new games to come out every Wednesday night, looking at the upcoming games, speaking with developed and community managers, and joking around with other members over the years thoroughly, and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Thank you for everything, and I hope to continue this for many years to come. #
I've only been around here for a little over a year but I know what you're talking about. TouchArcade staff and forum members have seriously schooled me on iOS gaming. I been using an iPhone since 2010 but never got very serious about gaming on it until I found this community. This site, via the app mostly, has been my favorite hangout since my first day.
Agree with the sentiments. Being an oldie, both at TA and in real life, I sometimes think about leaving the site, but overall has been a great community, so I keep coming back.
TA is like home. Been part of this community for like 8 years or something. No matter what's going on in life, TA is always here and the people here are great. iOS gaming has been a blast and I look forward to many more years of it, assuming F2P isn't the future of mobile gaming.
