I don't care that one of my developer accounts was banned without any reason and I don't get a response from Apple, although even murderers have the right to know, why they will be sentenced to death, but if my copyright is infringed and I contact Apple and all I get is a "we contacted the developer" and then nothing happens and even if I ask for their address and names to let my lawyers handle it I don't get a response, then I am going mad.

It seems, that Apple still shits over its developers' head.

You must probably be Disney or Atari or so, to get their attention.

From now on NOTHING is sacred for me, if it comes to Apple.

I will scam and cheat the shit out of the system.

Just wanted to let it out...

(Edit: wrong forum... see how mad I am?)

Apple doesn't ban accounts without any reason, you made something to earn that honour...

What caused Apple to ban your dev account?

I do not know why it was banned.
    Apple doesn't tell.

That is why I am mad.

If I did something wrong, I surely didn't mean to.

Anyway, they can suck my toe.

I am sorry but your reputation on these forums makes me question whatever you might report. Your story might be legitimate but your questionable business practices of the past have broken any trust I might have of anything you say or do.

This isn't the first whoa is me thread you have created recently. Maybe development isn't for you.

    Wait, seriously, Therealtrebitsch?

    http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=186170

You made this game, and yet you have the nerve to complain about other people stealing your intellectual property?

Your game is a direct copy of Jetpack Joyride. You even advertise it as such. Thank God they are removing garbage like you from the app store.

Any sympathy I would have had was lost upon reading the thread that Yagami linked to.
    (Thanks Yagami).
Calling customers leeches? Broadcasting that you will now scam and cheat the system by which others attempt to make an honest living by?
    Adios, we don't need ya.
If your're gonna treat yourself as the end all, be all then fine.
But such arrogance will only destroy your buisness.

A similar gameplay is not stealing intellectual property.
Jetpack Joyride is also not an original game. Nor is Angry Birds, nor Doodle Jump nor any other title you see on the appstore with a very very few exceptions.

When my self made graphic art is blatantly stolen (means downloaded and reuploaded to the store) THAT is stealing!

    What questionable business practices?
Tell me one thing, that was "questionable".

Maybe giving away several iphones, ipads and Android Tablets in sweepstakes?
Maybe giving away dozens and hundreds of GiftCards in sweepstakes?
Maybe creating promotion solutions for developers which are absolutely FREE?
Maybe creating a FREE push notification service although others charge you $2.000 - $10.000 for the same?

Yeah sure, I am the scammer and the shady business man...

You don't know jack about me or my business.

Agreed. Nothing else really needs to be said. This guy has been living off of shoddy knock-offs of other people's works, and has really convinced himself that it is acceptable.

There is no real point in arguing with him, because he will never see it any other way.
