I stayed up all night so I could buy games as soon as the App Store launched. I think my first purchases were Super Monkey Ball and Aqua Forest. I also remember getting Crash Kart, although I can't remember if that was a launch title or not. These games were all around 10 bucks back then! o.o
First game I paid for: Defender Chronicles!! First purchases before that were all apps and first games I got were free.
I can't remember the name, but is was way back in early 2008. It wasn't a game as such, it flipped a coin, had a pack of cards, yes/ no feature and stuff like that. I was so nervous about downloading an app. I was like... "What if it keylogs me and steals my facebook password and such" (facebook app wasn't out then). Ahh, the good ol' days! I remember being sat in the airport listening to music while playing higher or lower with myself then, after my holiday, I came back to England and downloaded a few more. Can't remember them though. I remember Monopoly World and Crash Kart being on my iPod. I refused to have a second page of apps! Only three for me! It's changed a bit since then, and so has my device. Getting a 3Gs after a 1st gen iPod touch was like becoming a king from a measly peasant! Ahh, memories
I remember the old days (old for the iPod meaning only a year ago) when I would only download free apps (cube runner and biiball and random stuff from Jirbo come to mind). haha kinda nostalgic thinking about those. first games I bought were moto chaser and asphalt 4, followed by dropship, spore, and touchgrind
