I don't know how people do it. I was constantly refreshing the Twitter page, and as soon as the code popped up I slapped it in iTunes. The devious program even asked me for my credentials, but after keying them in and pressing the button it said that the code had already been used. Whoever snuck in ahead of me, you suck...
