Since the iPad version was a try and buy style app, with a free download and a complete content unlock IAP, it was best to maintain a single IAP that bundled the default game+VLT (ie, 2.0 = 1.0 + VLT). On the iPhone version, it was a paid app where you essentially got the 1.0 by default, with the option of purchasing VLT. There is 'no' difference in content between the iPhone and iPad versions as such (apart from modes tweaked for the iPad screen size).
