Premium is the proper word to have used here. There's no such thing as a console-quality iOS game. Top 10 premium iPhone games. GTA:CTW NOVA 2 Modern Combat 2 Lego Harry Potter or Chaos Rings. And it would have cost a console-quality price
Isnt this the top 10 CONSOLE QUALITY ios games? Isnt it??? Some people have mentioned games like GTA and zenonia but those arent really Console Quality which was I think the main point in this forum. I understand people have different views of what a true console quality experience is, but not zenonia or papa sangre. Yes they are really good games but then this would be the top 10 most FUN ios games. I mostly agree with the first list except for 1. its not top 10 its top five and 2. I dont think gangstar deseerves to be on the list. Not because it WASNT FUN but because the graphics kinda sucked. The characters were too "polygonish" as in they had too many edges, voiceovers sucked, and the storyline was so boring and predictable. Dead space is a fine example of a CONSOLE quality game because it was an engaging storyline, it had great voiceovers and you kind of grew attached to the characters in the game. The characters had Personality and you felt you kind of knew them when the game was over. a console game is something that pulls you deep into the experience. Also it means you feel like you are playing a CONSOLE!!! In other words you could port the game on an xbox 360 and it would still be awesome. In my opinion the list should have been: (not in any order) 10. Chaos Rings 9. Aralon 8. nova 2 (Kinda) 7. modern combat 2 6. COD Zombies 5. Galaxy on Fire 2 4. Rage (kinda and if it wasnt a railshooter) 3. Lego HP??? 2. Real Racing 2 1. Dead Space
If you want to toss Gangstar from the list, then you should toss Chaos Rings. The graphics aren't all that great either when you see it with a better view as shown on an iPad. That's aside from the content discussion. I am still trying to picture a human typing Top 10 but only listing 5. I am unable to.
meh I played chaos rings on my Itouch so I wouldn't know. Also I kida added that on there because I couldn't think of anything else. Your mom hates dead space 2!!!! <----- Referencing lol

A very good list. I'd personally replace Spiderman with SF4 though and probably change the order around a bit, but yeah, great list.
Well infinity blade doesn't allow you to move... Which is pretty central in any console game... And the other ones you mentioned like papa Sangre I'm sad to say I haven't played yet.
Nazi Zombies is all fine and dandy, except that Activision cheaped out on the graphics (It has terrible graphics...seriously) and none of the Black Ops maps (Kino der Toten, "Five", and Ascension) are here yet.,
Aralon has the worst controls on a touchscreen and really bad graphics & voice acting and gameplay, play dungeon hunter 2 instead.
