Great game. Well worth the 99 cents. Have a question though. I notice a volume control in the options, but I don't hear any sounds. Does this game have music/sounds?
The game doesn't have any music (as far as i played)~ so the volume control is for the sounds i think~
I think there's an issue where if you take a phone call when you're in the game, the sounds don't come back. If you close the game using the multitasking bar, and then reopen it, your sounds should come back. Oh, and there's no music.
Oh and for anyone who is trying to do longest journey times, here's a secret: Hold the "status" box in the bottom left while the trains are running, and it'll go into "fast-forward" mode where it's like 5x faster than normal. Handy when you're doing those super long solutions!
That's pretty sweet, but I was just sent this one: http://www.trainyard.ca/3i37 Which apparently took 4 days (!) to run, and has 4482382 (!!) steps. I don't really have time to test it, so I took his word for it Just a little note, for those who like watching the long ones... I added a special mode to the viewer, if you press the letter "T" on your keyboard while viewing a solution on the site, the solution will run in "turbo" (100x) mode.
What's so good about this game? I didn't think it looked that good but it's taken over Angry Birds for the past few days, so it must be something special?
It's a very slick piece of puzzle work, extremely cleverly done, can send you totally insane and has a ridiculous longevity
I was looking at the website, does the express version have different puzzle? should I download that one also?

I bought this game after playing the first few levels form Express 3 days back. Now i'm done with express, will start off with the full version soon When I submitted some solutions online I noticed mine was amazing suboptimal! bah! PS Virgin post spent on Trainyard Thread
Make sure the puzzle is actually running when you do it... Sometimes you have to press T a couple times for some reason. Also, your browser might have cached the old player, so if you clear your cache, it should work (hold ctrl or cmd when pressing the refresh button).
