New laptop so fresh itunes install. I signed out/unothorized old laptop itunes before setting up on the new puter. I've installed, uninstalled, reinstalled admin, uninstalled everything apple in add/remove programs, reinstalled all that... but I can't play any media in itunes itself. Any song or video I try to play sits at 0:00 indefinitely. I have gone in to my media folders and tried playing those songs in windows media player, two thumbs up. Works fine. Anyone else have this issue?
This may not help, but I once had to delete the library index files and essentially made itunes think that my library was complrtely new before it worked with the files. Good luck.
