Spring Fling. It will be a shame if this game doesn't do well.

Dark Harvest. Game has terrible reviews on the iTunes Store but is a really great marble game. The best next to Stoneloops!

I agree with many of the games highlighted already (G.I. Joyride rocks), but let me add two big favorites that just sank without a trace:

Pirate Wings: Basically, Pirate Wings was the first 3Gs game on the App Store. The problem was that it was released months before the 3Gs was even announced; people who bought it originally complained (rightly) of bad controls, laggy performance, and stuttering framerates. You could see the makings of a true console-level experience, but it just didn't work on the original iPhone. When I bought my 3Gs and heard about the improved performance in existing games, I decided to re-download it and give it a try. My jaw just dropped. The game is simply gorgeous, a flying-racer with Beyond Good and Evil-style graphics, beautiful level design, a 19 level story mode, multiple unlockable characters and spaceships, the works. Imagine if the video below were for a game coming out in the next few weeks: don't you think that people would be drooling all over it? Sadly, the game just came and went. I doubt that we'll ever see anything else from Antek Studio.

iBlast Moki, got a lot of attention of TA but never really took off on the app store. I really feel like that is one of the app store's best that deserves many more sales

Both of those games look GREAT! And i just checked in the app store that pirate wings is on sale for 99 cents. I think I'm going to pick up both of them.
