I wouldn't be all that surprised to see a good percentage of them get pushed off until 2014 either. I am surprised that Qaudropus Rampage still hasn't hit iOS yet. There's already been a few updates to the Android version.

Damn, pretty much a nothing week for me. Granted, I have plenty to play, but I was looking forward to the rush that comes with a brand new game! However, Tuesdays are a common book publishing release day, and June's been full of stuff I've been waiting for for months.. time to stop neglecting my Kindle.

Here's strongly hoping it sells very well at that price point ($19.99) and starts a new trend in the App Store. Need to see more high end quality titles like this up there on the highest grossing charts. Badly need to see it succeed because if it does, things are going to get far more interesting and we'll see more developers port over some of their high end console stuff. Edit. I hope they've got some strong anti crack security as well because the last thing I want to see is the pirates ruin it for us. I have a feeling/hope that they took that into account and beefed up the security (which can be done, with great difficulty, but still). Beyond it being a great game being ported to our pockets, there is a lot resting on the success of this one, particularly raising the game (pun intended) on the App Store. Deus ex (despite being a third of the price of XCom, $6.99 at launch I believe) is also contributing to the overall rise in quality. Fingers heavily crossed for heaps of success for those two. And as Alister mentions below, KOTOR was a good indicator.

I must have a look at them later. I'm guessing there are "interesting" comments on pricing, which is to be expected from certain corners. I'm sure the usual waiting for sale comments will pop up on its thread as well. No worries though. I'm confident us day one instabuyers will do enough. I'm relatively confident (hopeful really) it will be a long, long time before we see a sale or price drop on it. Their strategy on it is very clear from all the pre release interviews with the dev. Us gamers just need to support the strategy and the game.
