User wants a refund... after 7 months

    Thats why you ignore people like this and move on with real business.

    An important lesson to learn in business is that the customer is NOT always right and sometimes you have to move on to facilitate making your company more successful.

    That message was the same word for word. Except of course the 3 vs 7 months. So yep, it's the same person. The thing is.. I'd value the time used in that email correspondence a lot higher than measly $2.99. I don't see how this "scam" would yield anything.
