  2. Ah yes, I knew it was a Roland but I couldn't place it. Tried searching through pics of Roland synths but missed that one. That and the DX-7 pretty much made the entire library of 80s synthpop and new wave.

    Kind of a blank statement.

    I miss going to a record store, browsing cds, taking your stack to the listening booth before buying. I'll agree with the fact that it's a pain in the ass loading records and cds, but the tangible part I get - admiring cover/sleeve art, liner notes ect., Idk maybe I'm old fashioned.

    Actually I'm not, I haven't bought a cd for years now because I grew tired of having to deal with storing them on shelves or in boxes. I kept 1 crate of vinyl, and 1 box of rare cds as backups in case my digital library was wiped.

    I owned a DX-7 for a couple of years around 2000! You wanna talk about sturdy F'ing piece of equipment, I sware that thing was made to withstand a moshpit Doc Martin romp, seriously the tank of keyboards.
